4. Scheduling & Preparing for Tours
I coordinate all the logistics — scheduling tours, preparing you with what to look for, and even attending with you (virtually or in person) if you’d like. I’ll help you know the right questions to ask, what red flags to look for, and how to make the most of each visit.
5. Ongoing Support & Clarity
After tours, I’ll help you reflect, compare, and process what you’ve seen. If something doesn’t feel right, we pivot. I stay available throughout the process — whether you need a quick check-in, a deeper conversation, or a reality check about what’s possible.
